Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need a consultation before starting treatment?

Yes. Every service begins with an initial consultation to review your health history, determine which treatments are appropriate, and create a personalized treatment plan.

  • What happens during a consultation?

You’ll meet with Dr. Fukushima for a comprehensive evaluation. Together, you’ll review your background, discuss your goals, and develop a plan for the frequency and number of sessions. When applicable, your first treatment may begin the same day.

  • Do you accept insurance?

We do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide care without delays. However, we can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Coverage is not guaranteed.

  • Why don’t you take insurance?

Our goal is to keep treatments accessible and start care without unnecessary delays from insurance approvals or referrals. By setting transparent pricing and offering packages, we make care as affordable as possible.

  • Do you offer package pricing?

Yes. Since treatments require multiple sessions (typically 6 to 36) to be successful, we offer packages that lower the cost per session when purchased together.

  • Are financing options available?

Yes. We offer flexible payment options and can review them with you during your consultation.

We also work with CareCredit, a healthcare credit card designed to help patients manage treatment costs. CareCredit allows you to pay for services over time with convenient monthly payments, making care more accessible. Our staff can provide more details and assist you with the application process if you are interested in using CareCredit for your treatments.
