We are excited to announce that group therapy sessions are now open as part of our commitment to whole-person wellness.
Our group therapy program offers a safe, supportive environment where individuals can come together to share experiences, build connections, and develop practical tools for healing and growth. Each 90-minute session is guided by Dr. Fukushima and designed to foster open conversation, mutual support, and personal reflection.
Sessions cover topics such as:
Managing anxiety and stress
Building self-esteem and identity
Strengthening relationships and setting boundaries
Coping with grief and loss
Cultivating mindfulness and self-compassion
Developing resilience and personal growth
Whether you are seeking to feel more connected, gain new perspectives, or strengthen your coping skills, group therapy can be a meaningful step toward emotional balance and well-being.
This Thanksgiving season, Ho‘omana is coming together to support families in our community who may be struggling to afford a holiday meal. Starting October 18, we will be collecting nonperishable food items to create Thanksgiving bags filled with love and care.
We are especially in need of:
Easy-open canned goods (vegetables, soups, beans, meats)
Nonperishable dessert items (boxed mixes, canned pie filling, cookies)
Pantry staples that can help complete a holiday meal
Donations will be accepted until the week before Thanksgiving. After collection, our team will gather to assemble the bags and ensure they reach families in need. The assembly date will be announced soon.
Together, we can make sure every table in our community is a little fuller this holiday season.
